Here are a couple of shots of my two favorite subjects.
The boo-boo on her chin is the result of falling off her changing table. She's been out of diapers for nearly a year but the changing table is still a convenient spot to get her dressed, fix her hair and put on shoes. I was in the midst of all of that when she decided to help me out and take her shirt off. I was standing in front of her, but had stepped to reach something and still had my arm holding onto her when she lost her balance and tumbled off the table and hit her baby nursery center (made of solid wood). She bit her tongue in three spots (one of which was actually sliced) and mangled up her chin. There was lots of blood and lots of crying (from both of us) but less than 24 hours later her tongue was in good enough shape to eat potato chips.
